Big Changes & Big Growth with Pike Property

We are excited to announce big changes & big growth for our business!

With the recent purchase of our new corporate office site at 20 Oakey Flat Road, Morayfield (opposite Bunnings) where we propose to build our brand new 400m² office site and also with the new financial year now upon us we decided that now is the perfect time for a fresh facelift for our business. 

We have been trading for 28 years under the Marsellos Pike banner and most people in our local community know the name well – in that time we have sold over 5,000 homes and managed about the same!

Over the last three decades we have seen massive changes in the Moreton Bay region – from little old Caboolture town to one of the fastest growing regions in the country.  With the final infill of land proposed in Morayfield and massive residential & infrastructure projects planned at Caboolture West, North Harbour and Narangba East rapid growth in our region will continue for many decades to come. 

We are excited to share with you that we are now trading as Pike Property and you will start to see our fresh new branding and signage change over the next couple of weeks. We hope you like it! That’s it – there are no other changes, we will still continue to offer the same great service and Frank Pike is still the sole owner, Principal & Licensee. 

We would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the loyalty and support for our business over the last 28 years and we look forward to serving you into the future. The future is definitely bright in the Moreton Bay region with Pike Property.
