About the Role
Our office operates a portfolio based property management system. The successful candidate will have the full responsibility of their own portfolio and should be proficient and capable in all areas of property portfolio management. Administrative support is provided.

Pre-requisites for the role
• Minimum two years experience in property portfolio management
• Current QLD real estate registration certificate
• Current Drivers Licence
• Professional presentation
• Experience with Property Tree & Inspect Real Estate highly regarded

• Ability to take full ownership of both the role and the portfolio
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• First class customer service skills

• A happy & positive attitude with a passion for Property Management
