We were property owners in the Bellmere suburb for 10 years. During this time we had often received correspondence from Sandy offering her service if we ever wanted to sell. That, to us spoke volumes that Sandy was interested in & made herself available if we ever needed her service. The time came & Sandy put the house on the market. After speaking with neighbours, we learned that two other properties in our street had been on the market for several months. That’s not what we wanted to hear. Our property went on the market on the 3rd February and Sandy contacted us on the 1st March to let us know she had an inspection booked for the next day. The afternoon of the 2nd March, Sandy called to let us know that we she had a signed contract for the exact amount that the property was on the market for.
