After purchasing an investment property in Morayfield in 2006 and researching local agents to manage the property, I decided to go to with Marsellos Pike. This turned out to be a great decision.  In the eight years that Marsellos Pike managed the property, inspections were carried out regularly and all minor repairs and other issues were dealt with promptly ensuring that both the tenants and myself were treated fairly and kept in the loop on all matters.
